Fantastic experience: Ive been with CFC only about a year but can say that they are some of the most understanding and supportive group of people i've met. That is all the teachers and everyone else who attends as well. It is such a great gym community that helps you to feel comfortable every time you go. I have lost over 70 lbs with them and am so glad they pushed me to better myself. Thank you, Josh, Kelly and everyone else at CFC!

Fantastic experience: I wish I started at CFC earlier, because Josh and Kelly are great coaches! The small class sizes and friendly competitive atmosphere are a great way to get lifting, cardio and oly in. They offer multiple classes a day, and Josh is very helpful coaching through new lifts. 5????????????????????
