Fantastic experience: I have been a training at NVA since day one-- roughly 2 years. I'm a regular at the 5:15pm class and for some reason, no matter how hard the workout is or how sore I am, I keep coming back for more. This is the longest I’ve ever committed to something and I credit the coaches & members for making NVA a great place to learn, grow, and enjoy fitness. I am the strongest I have ever been! When you become a member, you get SO much more than a daily workout. The coaches care about you, as an athlete and as a person. They teach technique, give you feedback, cheer you on, hold you accountable, and push you out of your comfort zone, because nothing rewarding ever happens there.
