Fantastic experience: This YMCA is wonderful. Two pools (big and small) with jacuzzi and has programs from yoga to spin and others. The staff is really into helping and instructing and friendly. A well-equipped workout center has so many machines and free weight locations for the serious as well as casual workout interests. They give a free tour if you're interested.

Fantastic experience: Best YMCA is all of CT they have assault bikes rowers a indoor track a fabulous gym, 2 pools with amazing hours, private sauna,steam room, and a hot tub. Amazing staff. Parking lot security best place in the state! Everything you need even free coffee. I miss the pool! The silence is so peaceful I miss it.
