Fantastic experience: best gym in waterbury hands down. owner and customers very knowledgeable and encouraging. best of old school and modern amenities with various equipment for strongman...mixed martial artists...boxing ect. This owner really cares he stands behind his customers and his gym ! THIS IS THE REAL DEAL They will pump-you up'
