Fantastic experience: It's about the Fitness, Not fighting! I'm 64 and I really enjoy the self paced and group workouts. Beats anyother workout I have ever had! Steve is always available to help you along. Nice people, old fashioned but effective gym. Men, women and kids go there. I have already lost 5 lbs.

Fantastic experience: Great atmosphere and old school feel of how a boxing gym used too be and should be...the owner is laid back and a great trainer...I’d give 11 stars if possible....recommend to anyone any level any age....????????????????????????????????

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend. Steve is the absolute best trainer. We had so much fun in the ring learning and working I cant wait to go back. He really knows his stuff and the place has such a great vibe.
