What Is Movement: Opinions
Fantastic experience: In all of my years joining wellness and athletic clubs I have never enjoyed myself more or improved my mind, body and general health as I have in the past few years at What is Movement. Jamie Enrique is not only an incredible coach, but a mentor, a student of physiology and an amazing trainer. I'm currently 72 years old and each time I arrive at the gym I'm welcomed by all regardless of my age and conditioning. The atmosphere is genuine and warm but business like as we all strive to improve every aspect of our fitness program. I would encourage the reader to have a meaningful conversation with Jamie if you're interested in making a new journey and become a new you in the coming year! Grant Brandon
Fantastic experience: What is Movement is an amazing place to train! Jaime Enriquez is a very positive and knowledgeable trainer who strives to make EVERY person feel welcome and capable. His understanding of anatomy and how the body functions is incredible and he can pinpoint exercises to help each person based on their unique strengths and areas of need. The classes are "group exercise" classes, but it feels like personal training! As someone in the fitness industry myself (yoga teacher), and as a person who has tried other cross-training options, this is BY FAR, the best place I have trained at. In the three months that I have been working out here, I have seen great results. Give this place a try; your first class is FREE. You will not be disappointed!!
Fantastic experience: If your an elite athlete...you will like this gym....but if your a guy like me...who needs to move correctly in order to physically function properly in life...then “What is Movemt” is a life saver. Some of the folks here were doing some amazing things with the kettle bells....me? It took me several weeks just to learn the basics of the “Turkish Get Up”...and how was Jamie and my class mates during that process? Patient, understanding, supportive and fun to be around. Ask anyone here....it’s not just a gym....it’s an important part of their life!
Fantastic experience: Jamie and his coaching enabled me to rediscover the athlete I thought was gone after being injured. His style of training restored my confidence in what my body was capable of achieving. Jamie leads by example. The safe, welcoming community that flourishes at What is Movement is due in no small part to the tone he and his clientele set.
Fantastic experience: I have been going to What is Movement For a little over a year now and I absolutely love it here!!! Coach Jamie really cares about each and every person at his gym. He always makes sure we are safe and working to our abilities. No matter what level you are at Jamie takes the time to teach correct techniques and challenges you to do your best. I've lost inches and weight and gained strength and confidence. I'm 54 years old and stronger than I was in my 20's!! It feels like family and I'm so happy I found this place!! Thank you What is Movement for caring about your clients!!
