Positive experience: Overall this is a good place to come by yourself or with your family. The gym is really nice and is well maintained and managed with reasonable rates. The only thing bad is the track is very old and not well maintained and needs to be replaced. Other than that it is a great facility that is clean and well maintained.

Positive experience: I go for the gym, so this review is only about the gym. It's never packed so you can always get the equipment you need. The machines are a little out of date, but everything is clean and works. Staff is friendly and the locker rooms are always clean
