Fantastic experience: Best workout in this city. Truly a special place and a true community of people who push themselves everyday. After working out here, I truly feel as though I can accomplish anything in my daily life. It won’t be easy, but it will be worth it.

Fantastic experience: It's great for current employees and retired military personnel. I'm in the gym after work and it's not crowded like private gyms requiring paid membership. It's very relaxed atmosphere and you aren't waiting for a particular bench, station, dumbells, or other equipment.

Fantastic experience: Excellent fitness center. I was using it when it was still the old fitness center and this is a tremendous improvement (even though it's been some years now that it's been remodeled). Has just about everything you need and it's a clean place to jump on a treadmill or hit the weight room
