The hitting instructor has experience in the field and gives quality support while not trying to reinvent the wheel. The team is professional and skilled and you always come away with a greater understanding of golf. Its also an incredible value compared to other golf training/swing facilities around So Cal. If you are looking for a place to build your game/get started/or get to scratch, this is it.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Josh at Forefit golf by a business Partner. Their set up is a fitness-minded golfer’s dream! (Super cool, unique equipment I’ve never seen -have him show you the Burn180 bands!) His assessment and program for me was awesome! As a low handicapper, I've been fortunate to have had lessons from top pros and other good fitness programs recommended by other trainers but I can say without a doubt, Josh Loyo is the best fitness and flexibility coach I've ever worked with. In my mid-fifties now, I’m still working on my game and flexibility (I battle tight hips) and he totally changed how my body felt in a couple of Sessions! I HIGHLY recommend him and Forefit! He’s got a great energy and really inspires you to work hard! So Go aee him! He will definitely help your game.
