Fantastic experience: The staff and Coaches have been fantastic working with me. I’m 65 years old and they understand my needs and give me the right amount of work out to keep me improving on our wellness plan for me. I recommend this program for any age and any level of fitness.

Fantastic experience: Me and my grand daughter went to pick up my son from doing a job there and the owner came up and introduced him self and offered us some water while we waited. Can't remember his name but he was so nice and kind and kept telling me how much he loved Crickettes name and told her she is a very beautiful Lil girl. She ate that up let me tell you. Now wen we pass by she always wants to stop but I told her we can't bother them while they working. So thank yall for being so kind to us both.

Fantastic experience: Hands down the best Fitness around. Justin King and his coaching staff are the best. I started way over weight and out of shape and it took no time to loose the weight.

Fantastic experience: This is an Awesome gym! They have everything from bathrooms with showers, to a track out back! The gym floor was amazing and everything was super clean. After watching the competition today, I was inspired to learn some new techniques.
