D1 Training Waco

Fantastic experience: I hadn’t worked out in quite sometime before joining D1. The first day I was nervous and really didn’t know what to expect. All you need to do is show up. The workouts are already laid out for you and each one is usually demonstrated before you begin. They allow you to work at your own pace and encourage you to push for more as you feel capable. I would highly recommend joining D1 if you are on the fence. You won’t regret it.

Fantastic experience: D1 is an amazing facility! The coaches and staff are wonderful, professional, and friendly. The coaches are also knowledgeable in what they teach, and are always there for assistance or modification to a certain workout. After each workout I feel better about myself mentally and physically. D1 welcomes each member and makes you feel like part of the family! Highly recommend!!
