Fantastic experience: I love 9Round so much! It's the best workout: it's challenging, yet easy to adapt for injuries and fitness level. I love that the workout changes everyday and is always a full-body workout. The flexibility of not having set class times is key for my busy and unpredictable schedule. Chris and his team of trainers are so great! They're friendly, helpful, and motivating. I absolutely love this place and encourage anyone and everyone to give it a try!

Fantastic experience: The best work out I've ever had! I absolutely love the flexibility it gives me. You can come in anytime during the business hours and start working out. It's intense, fun and most importantly YOU WILL FEEL AMAZING! Beware, it's addictive! Once you start, you can't stop coming back! Thank you everyone for making this place so special and personal.

Fantastic experience: 9 round Waco/Woodway is absolutely amazing! I’ve done a lot of different workout programs and this is by far my favorite. The trainers there are so personable and really work with your specific strengths and weaknesses. Super friendly and always make you feel welcome! Love it here.
