Fantastic experience: Excellent team of trainers. I have been working with Craig and Stephen for a few years now.. They are both extremely knowledgeable & amazing to work with. No 2 training sessions have been the same and they continue to work with me to achieve MY goals. Highly recommended!!

Fantastic experience: The best people all around! Very supportive, push you to your limit and help you achieve your goals! Craig and his team are absolutely wonderful and he is also very reasonably priced, cheaper than most gym trainers. Helped me lose 30lbs in 3-4 months! I had great results and they have shown me different exercises I can use at the gym. No contracts so you can literally just text him and schedule an appointment anytime. Some months I would go twice a week others once a week. He is very accommodating to your schedule as well, they can always fit you in. He is also very knowledgeable and shares it with you. I know so much more about which exercises are good for each part of my body and more about healthy diets.
