Fantastic experience: My husband and I love this gym. It’s super clean, open, and not that busy when I like to go during lunch and In the mornings. Andrew at the front desk is super helpful and awesome so little s/o to him for being the best! Best gym in Virginia Beach! Check it.

Fantastic experience: Was once a member here for awhile loved every day that I came here! Staff was amazing! So amazing that I decided to apply and start working here! Since then it’s became my favorite place! The staff is absolutely incredible! Ciyera is by far the best manager I’ve had to work with! Definitely recommend this gym hands down!

Fantastic experience: The best multi fitness gym in the area, maybe the state. Onelife does an amazing job with providing adequate equipment and space, with numerous fitness classes. Every workout buff or beginner can find their corner of the gym here or you can run the gambet.

Fantastic experience: The few times I’ve come to this location it’s always clean, well maintained, and very welcoming! All the locations are great, but this one in particular I feel is a little treat everytime I go.
