Fantastic experience: I was introduced to this gym when I told my physical therapist I wanted to start adding more weight training into my recovery process. Overall, they have many functional fitness moves%/classes and equipment and they aren't super packed all the time. I have absolutely loved my experience at this gym. I did 10 in person, personal training classes with Amanda and now we have transition to her online personal training program and it's just so much bang for the buck! I've lost at least an Inch around each measurement on my body and MORE, additionally I'm postpartum land was able to get back to an excellent score on my PRT. Thank you Amanda

Fantastic experience: This gym has been like a second home to me! I’ve been coming here for years now and since day one everyone has been so welcoming and friendly. They really treat you like you’re family! The workouts are amazing and all the trainers take their time to really explain the movement and make sure your form is perfect to avoid injury. I recommend this gym to everyone!!

Fantastic experience: 24/7 Gym, can’t beat it. They have all the main equipment along with stuff you won’t find anywhere else. The gym is setup perfectly, it was always clean and very organized. The owner gets back to you ASAP and is a quick text away to help solve any problems. Thank you for such a great experience during my 3 month stay in Virginia Beach, wish you guys nothing but the best!
