Fantastic experience: Absolutely fabulous coaches who have created something special here. Whether you've been doing crossfit for years or never worked out a day in your life, there a place for you here. A knee injury has plagued me for years but the coaches have not only adapted movements to my abilities but helped strengthened my knee to where I can run, something I never could do before. There's no intimidation or cliques here, everyone genuinely pulls for one another and encourages each other during the workout. Grateful to the Bragg's (the owners and coaches) for creating something more than just a place to workout, this is a place where they really care about your health and well being. The people here are family.

Fantastic experience: I love going to this place for my daily workout! One thing I loved the most is that the coaches there always prioritize correct forms over the weights so that you don't compromise your forms which is very important aspect of any exercise. It has a very friendly environment, everyone in there is very fun to work with, and you get pumped up just by being there and watching others give it all they got! Motivation is infectious!!
