It works great for me because of the convenience of the 24 hour access as well as the nursery for the kids in the afternoons .The gym is always clean as well! I would say it’s the best gym around in this area !

Fantastic experience: I've been training here for a couple of years and I love it. They are in the process of updating some things and have already added some awesome equipment. If you want to get in a good leg workout and a good workout in general, this is a great place. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a straightforward, 24/7 place to train.
