Villa Park Boxing Club

Fantastic experience: As said below by another team member, any of the negative reviews are bogus. This Boxing club is unique and not comparable to any of the other gyms. The main head Coach of the gym believes in his trainees more than they can believe in themselves. The other mentors are just as great as well. Coach Tony has showed me what the prime example of what it means to be a Coach; A leader, mentor, and an active member of the community. My personal experience with the gym kept me in phenomenal shape, out of trouble in my teenage years, changed my attitude and the outlook on my self to this day. I hope that one day I can get the privilege with working with Coach again. I really felt the need to write this review after seeing the negative comments that truly bothered me. They just didn’t understand and learn what it truly meant to be a member of this Team. What an honor it was and is. 5/5 stars

Fantastic experience: All the one star reviews are clearly bogus or the patrons writing them weren’t willing to adapt and put in the work I began boxing at this club and I respect the coaching staff and team and what coach tony does for the community he mentors and coaches discipline all for free so why people say it’s a scam is beyond me I really grew to like the gym it’s a place that kept me out of trouble and has for others alike and felt like a safe haven to me. I will always remember tony and everyone there for bringing me up when I was at a low point this is more than just boxing it really does teach you a lot from discipline to actually learning skills in life that I have held on to. I’ve been to many clubs around Chicago and without a doubt this is one of the top ones tony does it out of the good of his heart whereas other clubs will charge you hundreds for nothing tony charges nothing and gives everything. I will always remember this club for starring my career don’t believe these other negative reviews if you’re not willing to be disciplined and work and take what Tony’s giving you you’re not gonna enjoy it he gives all the tools needed to learn boxing and learn life lessons.

Fantastic experience: This is great place to practice BOXING. Has all necessary equipment, gloves, protection gears, weights...Yes, there is a ring, where you can fight every day if you you want. !!!!Tony is awesome guy, who coaching with enthusiasm, not like majority gyms around, where they will “kiss” your butt for couple hundreds a month. If you want to learn how to box( fight), this is right place.

Fantastic experience: The Villa Park Boxing Club is a non-for-profit organization in Villa Park, Illinois. The organization is an outlet for youth in the community to provide a healthy alternative to negative influences. Young men and women will have an opportunity to learn the essentials of boxing while building a strong self-esteem.
