Fantastic experience: If you are looking for a good quality CrossFit gym, Vernal CrossFit is the way to go. The trainers are very thorough and fun to be around. Prior to doing CrossFit I had no experience with those types of movements. Given time and the proper training, those movements are now some of my favorites. I highly recommend Holly and her trainers!
