One More Gym Valparaiso

Fantastic experience: Staff is awesome and laid back. There are plenty of free weights, and the benches/bars are in good condition. There are also alot of good machines available. All around a great gym to call home.

Positive experience: No frills gym. This isn't a fitness center like those faceless bourgeois chain gyms. It has elliptical machines, treadmills, nautilus machines, free weights, showers, a couple tanning beds, hydro-massage tanks, and that's more-or-less it. Major demographic is college-age males-- but that's the demographic for any establishment in Valparaiso. Membership is low, and the people don't bother you. Perfect for a misanthrope like me.
