Fantastic experience: Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Gym is divided into 3 parts -Free Weights with 2 squat racks, bench press, incline bench press, and various resistance machines. This side also provides dumb bells up to 120 pounds. -A more modern side with various machines, ellipticals, stair masters, and treadmills. This side as well has 2 bench presses, an incline bench press, a squat rack, and a dumb bell rack up to 120 pounds. -Open Room in the back perfect for stretching, aerobics, callisthenic exercises, and partaking in the various classes that the gym provides.

Fantastic experience: I was visiting from a different state for the week and this was cleaner and better equipped than my current gym. They have a separate room for powetlifting which seems like a great idea.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been attending Bodyworks since July and it’s definitely my favorite spot to workout. The gym is always super clean and organized. The staff are always welcoming and greet you as soon as you walk in the door. They added an additional side (Iron Eaterz) and that’s my new spot to lift. They have everything I need for my family to be involved in their health as well. The new owners and management have really done a great job providing a atmosphere anyone would love. Good job Bodyworks!
