Fantastic experience: Everyone that has entered Heart Rize all had different reasons of why. Inspite of those reasons, everyone that has entered has had the same end game, to achieve their goals. When entering you expect to walk into a gym, however you leave with a family. Family is held accountable for being accepting, passionate, devoted, and encouraging etc. All things and more you'll receive within your journey at Heart Rize Fitness.

Fantastic experience: I joined Heart Rize because I like the structure that’s offered in the classes and the class options fit my busy schedule well. I go to the WOD times and there’s always someone there to help if I have questions. The trainers have been super understanding, are friendly and very knowledgeable. If you’re someone who doesn’t know where to start or what to do at the gym, HR is a great option!

Fantastic experience: My workouts and runs were getting boring and I was losing strength and motivation until my friend introduced me to HR. I was never fond of group fitness. At HR you are too busy to watch anyone else and anyone else is too busy to watch you. Andy is my favorite instructor. He makes a point to know all the participants and where they are in their fitness journey. It is truly a unique experience.
