Sculpt 24 Fitness

Fantastic experience: Visiting Valdosta for a few days and bought a one week pass at Sculpt 24. Being a former athlete I have been exercising most of my life and I am quite familiar with gyms and working out. I can tell you first hand that this gym is top notch. It is well managed, it provides a clean and sanitary environment, it has all of the latest equipment and everything you need to have a great workout. Personally the music selection was a PLUS for me. They have a cycling, cross-fit and boxing room with instruction if needed. Friendly folks here. Kudos. When I'm in town "I'll be back!" like Arnold.

Positive experience: I was attending this gym before the pandemic started. I would love to return if they had a better variety of classes. I have heard they had a better assortment now, but I am hoping a gym here will eventually offer classes such as pole fitness and Pilates. There needs to be more classes geared towards women's fitness in this area. If this gym had more women's fitness classes, I would certainly come back loved the atmosphere. Something to consider.

Fantastic experience: I was there visiting from Orlando Florida and it was absolutely wonderful. The people were delightful very helpful and the dance instructor I think it's Marissa was amazing. I would definitely recommend this gym
