Fantastic experience: Amazing classes, instructors and staff! I've been a member since 2019 and I've been very happy. They've done an exceptional job making everyone feel safe during the pandemic while following mandates.

Fantastic experience: Amazing teachers, friendly staff and beautiful studio! Their monthly passes are totally worth the money - with access to their classes, gym equipment and peloton bikes. I would recommend this place for all fitness levels.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I did the hot yoga class with Valerie on Sunday night. I was really impressed with the structure of the session and the way Valerie lead the class. It was much easier to do than I expected and I felt amazing afterwards. I used to scoff at yoga and didn't take it seriously but have wised up to it in recent years. I have tried different methods of yoga to incorporate into my routine and this hot yoga class in particular is by far my favorite.
