Fantastic experience: Coach/owner, Eldon, does a great job teaching while being encouraging. The gym has a friendly, team atmosphere! The equipment is clean and well-maintained. Check it out!

Fantastic experience: Thank you for a great experience and workout! The WOD was the perfect balance between strength and cardio for all levels. The coaching and encouragement by the owner was motivating as well as the atmosphere. Gym was super clean and organized. Lots of equipment and machines. I left there feeling good about the workout and myself.
