Fantastic experience: Being completely new to Jazzercise, I was afraid that I would feel intimidated by being overweight, out of shape and older. That has not been the case at all! The instructors are fun, friendly, patient and very helpful in showing ways to modify moves that you may not be ready to conquer yet. Everyone has been so welcoming, friendly and encouraging while helping me get started on this new to me exercise program! I’ve enjoyed meeting new friends and feeling so much better when I leave. It’s a fun way to work at getting healthy!

Fantastic experience: Exercise at your own pace in a fun, uplifting environment. Jazzercise covers it all, aerobics, free weights, dance elements (which are simple —thank goodness for me!) with instructions given every step of the way. Excellent instructors who truly care about the students and also want us to have fun. I’ve been Jazzercising for 13 years and it has changed my life. Warm, welcoming women who laugh their way through the many classes offered. I recommend Jazzercise for everyone!
