Four Rivers YMCA

Positive experience: Great place to work out but when you inform you want to freeze your account they overcharge your account double. Didn't think they would take a payment for the month of freezing and they did. Than when the payment doesn't go through they will double charge your account which I think is very pathetic without informing. Lost a customer because of this.

Fantastic experience: Recently I had some changes in my life that prohibited me from going to the gym at my usual time. I was nervous about going to the gym at a different time because I would be totally unfamiliar with the staff there at the later time I was going to, but the afternoon staff I met made me feel just as comfortable and welcomed as the early morning staff has for so long. I’ve been very pleased with all of our interactions so far and my work outs have been just as fulfilling, if not more so. Very thankful for the Y and it’s staff.

Fantastic experience: This YMCA has a warm, welcoming atmosphere that is first exemplified in the recognition you get from the person at the desk as soon as you walk in the door, and then again as you leave. I especially enjoy using the track that is available for people to walk/jog at their own pace. There are great group activities. I have enjoyed exercise and swimming classes , as well as watching my young granddaughter learn the basics of basketball!

Fantastic experience: Always a good time at the Y. The staff is excellent.
