Fantastic experience: I just participated in the 6 week warrior challenge here at Total MMA Studios and it was great! The front desk staff, instructors, and fellow students were very kind and helpful. I wanted to start getting in shape but it didn’t feel the same as working out at a regular gym - for the first time in a while I actually enjoyed “working out” while taking their jiu jitsu class. Would highly recommend participating to find a new hobby/passion!

Fantastic experience: Fun skill to learn! Classes are offered at different times and are very beginner friendly. Coaches are very helpful and help you with form. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend people try it!

My mind feels sharp, my body looks sharp and my confidence certainly was raised throughout my training. Intense training, fun learning and a great environment to thrive. Great coaches. Great staff. Fantastic experience: My experience at Total MMA was beyond amazing. Joining the 6-week challenge made me regain my strength, get lean, build muscle, and feel great again. The coaches and staff are super friendly and great at what they do. I would definitely recommend the challenge for anyone who’s ready to get back into action and break a sweat.
