Fantastic experience: Quality instruction. Attentive staff that have the ability and knowledge to match a workout to the athlete’s ability. And know when an athlete has the ability to do more than they think. A great place for anyone new to CrossFit that has wanted to try it. The CrossFitters at Protocol are awesome and encourage each other constantly.
