Fantastic experience: I love Lifted Fitness very much, been there since 2019 weight training with Hannah. She is an excellent trainer who spends quality time showing you proper form and working towards your individual goals. I highly recommend this gym and Hannah, as she has helped me feel good about myself inside and out. You will see results.
