Fantastic experience: Do yourself a favor and come to a class today! My only regret is that I waited so long to try it. There’s nothing like training with incredible instructors and partnering in class with people who are so kind and focused. I look forward to the hours I spend on the floor and I’ve become stronger physically and mentally, and I’ve only been doing this for a month. This is thee absolute best decision and investment in my well-being that I’ve ever experienced. Your life is worth it, and I’m telling you that you will not regret it. Thank me later!

Fantastic experience: Subash and Mallory were great instructors. Everyone from the instructors to the people taking the class were super nice and helpful. Coming in with no experience it was easy for me to to pick up and I look forward to coming to classes each week.
