Fantastic experience: This is hands down, the best gym in town. The people at this gym, make you feel like you’re apart of their family! The owner, Ryan, is always willing to help and share his knowledge with everyone. You can tell he’s passionate about fitness and people!

Fantastic experience: I feel fortunate to have The Gym right across the street for me. They have a large selection of equipment, racket ball courts, and a sauna! Staff has been professional and efficient, and the membership is affordable. Everyone I've met at The Gym speaks highly of the current owner, and it's clear that they really care about their business. One thing that I feel is missing is having basic sauna etiquette posted somewhere... I've lost count of the amount of times I've had to leave the sauna early because someone gets in with their sweaty, dirty gym clothes on as well as training shoes. Within a few minutes, the smell is unbearable.
