Fantastic experience: My wife used to be an athlete and had been telling me about how transformative it can be to work with a personal trainer. Since our wedding was coming up, she suggested I check out Hector profile. I worked with him for 10 sessions and feel like I've learned so much. Lost 1lb per week as per goals we set, but more importantly learned a ton about HOW TO exercise properly. I would 100% recommend Hector! he's awesome to work with.

Fantastic experience: I came in as a total exercise newbie and he made sure to tailor his training to that. I would pay close attention to my form in each session, and I would measure my level of effort to push myself further. for some of our trainings. I especially appreciate your knowledge of muscle anatomy that you would use to motivate each exercise. though rigorous, he made an effort to make the experience fun with high-energy melodies playing in the background. this made doing bench presses or pushups really enjoyable for someone still getting used to it. he was adjusting to my irregular schedule which allowed me to train more often. I'm not a morning person, but after a training session with a 5 minute stretching session at the end, I was able to enjoy our dynamic SF mornings! I will definitely be back for more sessions with Hector. I recommend it!
