Glass City CrossFit^®

Fantastic experience: I am new to cross fit and have not been “in shape” since before my 8 year old was born. When I fist walked in I was so intimidated just looking at all the equipment. However, that has not been my experience. Although I am out of shape and nervous the staff and patrons have gone out of their way to make me feel welcomed. Every time I go in I am greeted with friendly faces that introduce themselves and make me feel welcomed. The program includes four foundation classes where you learn the proper CrossFit movements, one on one with an instructor. That way when you start your first class, you feel confident and can perform the exercises without injury. I am very impressed! The whole gym has the feel of a family which makes it so much easier to keep working toward my goals!

Fantastic experience: In my experience what makes a great Crossfit box is building a welcoming and supportive community. There is a great community at Glass City! It doesn’t matter how long you have been doing it or what your skill level is, we are in it together!

Fantastic experience: Glass City CrossFit is an incredible home if you want to try out CrossFit. My wife and I started going here last year and love it. The staff are super friendly and encouraging. The facility is well planned out and spacious. If you have ever thought of doing CrossFit and live in the Toledo Area I would 100% recommend trying out a couple morning classes to see if you like it.
