Fantastic experience: I've been a member for almost a month now and I really like that place. So many different exercise machines,a free-weight area and aerobics classes. The staff answers any questions on how to use the equipment. The showers and sauna are nice. The Hot Tub area is bubble jets. I'm 66 years old and already starting to feel my muscles getting stronger.

Fantastic experience: I've been to multiple gyms in the past. By far the friendliest clientele and helpful at that if needed. Staff is very considerate and helpful, always greeted at the door and wish a great day as I leave. Unfortunately, they are not open 24/7 and they close at 3 on sundays. With only locations it's still a pleasure to be a member at this facility! The employees deserve the time to be off! Thanks SF keep rockin it out!
