Fantastic experience: All the classes are great. In particular, everyone should try Sayre's incredible cycling class at least once. She challenges you in such a positive way that you can't help but smile and work your hardest. You will leave happy, rejuvenated, and energized!

Fantastic experience: One of the best gym facilities I've been to, extremely clean and well-kept and great instructors. I went via Classpass and really loved their interval workouts that left me challenged and motivated. Candelit yoga is another great class. Have tried almost all the classes they have to offer and liked them all. Highly recommend.
