Fantastic experience: I've been working out for 25 years and you can't tell me anything new, at least I thought so. Ivan's new gym UPF in Westlake Village off Via Colinas is awesome. Ivan is also my personal trainer and my workouts with him are amazing. Everyone in there is cool and the atmosphere is professional. The equipment is all brand new and smooth operating. Soon they will be opening a new space next door, doubling their size. this new space will be open for Ivan's vaunted Boot Camp and for the training of Professional fighters and people learning MMA and such. The emphasis will be on cardio improvement from what I can see. I take what I learn here and use it on my regular workouts too, you can teach an old dog new tricks. Give them a call and check it out. Note: the Google Street View shows the wrong building, the pin on the map is correct in the industrial park off Via Colinas, all good directions. but the Street View shows La Baya, not sure why.
