Fantastic experience: This gym has become part of my lifestyle. I'm able to hit the 30 minute workouts on my way home from work without feeling like I'm taking too much time away from my family. The workouts are a constantly changing mix of heavy bag kickboxing and weights (never boring or predictable). It's a great way to clear your head and take out some post work aggression. I highly recommend Circuit Three to anyone looking for a gym where you can crank out an intense workout and move on with your day. You'll find all skill levels there and no judgement.
Fantastic experience: I have been working out with C3 for 3.5 years now and have never been happier or more consistent with my work outs! The trainers are truly passionate and knowledgeable and push you to continually improve. I look forward to hitting the gym in the mornings to get an intense yet entertaining workout to start my day. The atmosphere is great for both those that are new to kickboxing and those who have been at it for years with new challenges constantly being sprinkled in. The staff and fellow members are all great and I would highly recommend C3.
Fantastic experience: I started working out with Donnie 3 years ago and was immediately hooked! The classes at C3 are a great way to learn kickboxing technique and drills, and you always leave the workout feeling amazing. The combination of boxing classes and weekly personal training sessions have drastically changed my strength and endurance. I highly recommend this gym for anyone looking for a dynamic workout that leaves you dripping with sweat!
Fantastic experience: So glad I found this gym! I noticed a friend was getting in really good shape and when I asked her what her secret was she put me on to circuit three. I had never done kickboxing before so I was a little nervous but the owners are absolutely wonderful. They are able to cater to absolute beginners as well as experienced kick boxers! I love the interesting and high intensity workouts as well as the consistency and support you get from the gym. If you’re thinking about doing it…just do it!
Fantastic experience: I have been working with the trainers here for about 7 years and have thoroughly enjoyed the variety and intensity of the workouts. Between personal training and kickboxing classes that include weights as well, I stay mentally engaged and am constantly sharpening my kickboxing skills while getting into great shape. The structure had also allowed me to get into the most regular and sustained workout routine of my life. Just sign up and show up and they'll take care of the rest. Highly recommend for anyone who gets bored at normal gyms, craves mental engagement in workouts, and is short on time but still wants effective exercise (workouts are just over 30min each, but don't mistake that for easy!).
