Fantastic experience: Mafia is hands down the best Crossfit gym in the area. The owners and coaches are very friendly and very knowledgeable about the science and technique behind all the movements. They focus on good form and are always taking the extra time to help people new to crossfit. Whether you are a beginner or a pro this gym has something for you. It’s become an extended family for us.

Fantastic experience: The best CrossFit gym I have ever trained it. I've spent a lot of time training with CrossFit, 10+ years at multiple affiliates. Mafia is a beautiful gym with kind and caring coaches and it is owned by a long time CrossFit Seminar Staff coach. I'd recommend this gym for all levels of athletes and it has a great family vibe.

Fantastic experience: I joined Mafia a little over three years ago when I moved to Colorado from FL. I didn’t think another gym could compare to my gym in FL, I was wrong! The coaches are knowledgeable, positive and caring. The community of members are welcoming and encouraging. I highly recommend CrossFit Mafia if you have ever thought about joining a CrossFit gym!
