Fantastic experience: I started at Townie recently and I have loved it so much so far! The whole community has been extremely welcoming and I’m already seeing such great results with how I feel! I’m so excited to see what else is coming and I’m thrilled that this place is apart of my fitness journey!

Fantastic experience: Townie is great! The coaches are involved in every workout and they make sure your comfortable all while having fun and learning to workout in a safe way. The nutrition program has taught me how to eat right and enjoy 'healthy' food. I've learned the food we eat has a huge impact on our daily life and I feel so much better since I've gained the knowledge from the nutritionist on how to eat well. My journey at townie is something I enjoy everyday, when you walk in, you don't feel like your an outsider, the people there truly care about you and encourage you everyday.

Fantastic experience: Townie provides an all-around excellent experience! I started the nutrition challenge first at Townie and had such a positive experience with my nutritionist, Toni. I stepped out of my comfort zone and joined CrossFit where I was met by caring, fun, and encouraging coaches. Not only are the coaches awesome, but every member is so welcoming and encouraging no matter your fitness level. I am so thankful I found Townie!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been at Townie over 3 years now. The community is what makes this place special, being around like minded friends with similar fitness goals is a great way to stay accountable & consistent. I’m just finishing up a 28 day nutrition challenge, and the thing I like the most about it is that you don’t feel constrained. There are a list of daily goals that you get “points” for completing, but none of the point are about what you can’t do-for the most part. It’s more about incorporating positive habits into your daily routine. If you’ve tried everything & been unsuccessful, I’d highly recommend you start with a free initial consultation. It may change your life!

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love Townie! It has been one of the best things that I have ever done for my fitness and health. I love the nutrition coaching! You get one on one time with a nutrition coach to set all your nutrition goals. Before I joined Townie I was struggling with sticking to a "diet." I would always start one and then fall off the rails and gain all the weight back. I love that this is not a diet, but a lifestyle change. I am learning small tips and tricks to incorporate healthy eating into my life. Having the accountability of my nutrition coach helps me to stay on track. Your coach helps you to make goals that are attainable and personalized for you. The community of wonderful people and the amazing coaches is what makes this place so special. If you are on the fence about joining, just do it! You won't regret it!
