Fantastic experience: Great place to workout, staff is very friendly! Recommend to anyone looking for a great gym in the area. If you do personal training always ask for Essence! She is amazing!!!!! Really cares about her clients and you can tell she loves what she does.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Mountainside and training with Isaiah for 3 months, going on 4 and I’m so happy with the results! Isaiah is so fun and kind while staying attentive to my needs and the goal at hand. He has helped me build healthier habits both in the gym and my eating at home. I’m so extremely happy and thrilled with the progress we’ve made and can’t wait to see what the future holds. Thanks Isaiah!

Positive experience: Not a bad gym, but they keep it way too hot. Turning the temp down a few degrees would go a long way! Also having it so hot makes the place smell absolutely awful.
