Positive experience: I've been a member of this gym through my place of work for the past 3 years. It's a 2 story gym with plenty of equipment for pretty much any type of exercise you want to do. They also host a pretty broad schedule of classes across all age groups as well. They have an inside basketball court and squash court as well. They also have a sauna in each of the men/women bathrooms and a licensed masseuse on hand during the week. They also help host quite a few local relays throughout the year to raise awareness for different causes. It's just an overall good gym. Like most gyms, they're open at all hours for members.
