Hero Fitness Studio

Fantastic experience: I started here this past July. All of the trainers are so helpful and supportive. Always willing to answer questions and push you to be better. The members are amazing! Everyone really supports each other. I love this fitness center!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to hero fitness since they opened. Craig smith along with his other instructors make sure u get the best classes. U get it all from kettlebells, to dance to strike, yoga and more!!!! I’ve had amazing results. He also offers personal training to eating plans, and bootcamps. I highly recommend

The class schedule offers the best variety around. Every class is both fun and challenging for all fitness levels.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member at Hero Fitness for almost 3 years now. Craig Smith, along with all the instructors at the studio create classes that are fun and will change your body. Classes are always different and can be done at any fitness level. Along with offering the best group fitness classes around, they also offer nutrition plans, accountability groups, boot camps and personal training. The best thing I ever did was to join and show up almost every day. Exercise is the best medicine for me. I lost all the weight I needed to and I’m getting stronger everyday! Hero Fitness Studio changed my life!

Fantastic experience: Just finished up my 6 week challenge and it was nothing short of an amazing experience. In just the short 6 weeks I was able to lose 11lbs and 9%body fat which I never would have though could be done but with Craig’s guidance on a healthy diet and great workouts it was possible. I definitely recommend anyone looking for something more than just a gym membership should definitely give Hero fitness studio a shot.
