Fantastic experience: Update: Adam and Rebecca Have Been A Huge Help With My Journey, Best Staff Members I Came across So Far ,Been A Big Help I love Em To The Fullest Having Coach Corey Be In Taunton Location Is Perfect For The Community And Pushes Alot A People To There Goal Peek On How They Wanna Look And Be Motivated To Not Hit A Plateau , Would Be Highly Upset If He Was To Move To Another Department In WoW , He’s The Real Deal No Doubt

Fantastic experience: I am very pleased with the staff at WOW as well as the staff of Redwood. I will be in training for a month with them and have had two conversations that were, and I'm sure will continue to be, most informative. They take the time to listen which is important as to correctly evaluate you as an individual, to give you the best instruction for the best results. I'm looking forward to a happy, healthy and better way of living at the young age of 57. Your body is a temple and a gift of the Lord and should be treated as such. Be well and blessed.

Fantastic experience: I had my first training session with coach Cory. Absolutely great experience! He is not just there to tell you what exercises to do but he motivates you and helps you to have fast results. I’m glad they changed the stuff because I didn’t have a good experience in the past. Now I see stuff super friendly and always ready to help you. And the end that’s what you want to see when you go to the gym, after a long day at work.Good and positive energy! Can’t wait for my next workout!
