Fantastic experience: The Body Shop has been amazing! I have never had good gym experiences so coming here really made a difference. Julia is great! She tries to make sure you are doing things properly so you do not injure yourself and makes sure to find a routine that works for you and your needs.

Fantastic experience: Joining the The Body Shop was one of the BEST decisions I have ever made. Julia is the BEST trainer in Taos, she is such and amazing example of a healthy living and is a positive role model!!! I never worked out before, because of Julia and the Body Shop, I workout 3 to 4 days a week for 90 minutes. She is the best and I am forever grateful!!!!!
