Positive experience: It's really annoying to get hit up for money when you are just trying to do a workout...first the kids charity (which I'm sure is a great and worthy cause) before you even make it inside the building, and then pushy employees trying to talk you into signing up for a personal trainer...once the person says "no thank you", plowing forward with your sales pitch becomes harrassment...if you want to get extra money from me, how 'bout offering 24 hour access? I would happily pay an extra $20 a month to be able to work out in the middle of the night, with no waits for the machines

Fantastic experience: This crunch is by far the best gym that I’ve gone to. The staff is super friendly and the location is clean. Greg is an awesome trainer and has really been helping me a lot!
