Fantastic experience: Two of my favorite people work here!! Amber is my trainer, and know how to strengthen muscles I never knew I had after an accident left me pretty much in a Wheelchair. After extensive surgery, rehab, Amber has helped me so much on the road to recovery!

Fantastic experience: As an older person (71) I always feel welcome even though general clientele is college age. NO judgement! Owner is so nice, our personal trainer is amazing, and the gym is smallish but has everything you could possibly need.

Fantastic experience: Literally the best gym in Tallahassee. It's so good I still go back when I visit. They built a true community there!

Fantastic experience: Excellent equipment for both powerlifting and Olympic weightlifting. Great hours. Fun, welcoming environment. Has multiple events for competition throughout the year. Supports the FSU weightlifting club.
