Fantastic experience: I’ve been wanting to try kickboxing for a while, and luckily I found this gym. Very professional and they take time with you so you can get your form right. It’s definitely a rigorous workout, but so worth it. Coach Dedrick was patient, but hard, and definitely tested me while keeping the workout within my limits. I was very pleased. If you are on the fence about it, you should 100% try it out. I feel so empowered and strong after I leave.

Fantastic experience: I leave sweaty but never disappointed. It’s a quick workout, and I always feel like I’ve worked everything. Dedrick is also an excellent trainer.

Fantastic experience: Coach Dedrick did very well this was the best workout I ever experienced. Highly recommend this place if you want to work out and stay in shape but also have a fun time doing it . He is very detail oriented and helps you focus on one areas you want to improve in.
