Fantastic experience: I was hesitant to try CrossFit at first because it seemed so intense. It is vigorous, but the community at AXAT is so welcoming & supportive. The coaches are very skilled and know how to modify workouts. The coaches are so personable; it is like a family. I've only been here for a few months and have already seen improvements in my strength and fitness. I can't wait to continue and see my progress.
