Fantastic experience: Always a pleasant experience with the coaches, and a great way to start the morning! They are very considerate with COVID precautions and makes sure you’re comfortable with the class. You just left them know about your concerns and they are very accommodating! I’ve been loving the coaches and they really do care about the members :)

Fantastic experience: I have been member since August 2021, and F45 for me is a part of my routine. It is a great workout, classes are diverse, so there is always something new each day to train your body differently. Plus, the classes are only 45 minutes long, so one can easily add this group class into their daily routine with F45's extensive schedule. The owner and trainers are both warm and welcoming to both new and old members, you get a sense of a community here compared to other boutique studios in the area. The experience for me is that you feel like you are getting a personal training-like experience since the trainers will guide you by either modifying your workout or pushing you to go harder. I highly recommend this studio to anyone on their wellness journey, it caters to everybody.

Fantastic experience: I randomly ran into this place while grocery shopping. I stopped by for a free trial and ended up joining the F45 family. All of the trainers are nice and very personable. They also have flexible times and it’s a great way to meet others in the neighborhood while attacking physical health goals.
